On July 12th, 2025 at approximately 5:14 p.m., officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100 block of Polk Street for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival they observed a door to be pushed in, later they observed Glenn Taylor Williams to walk out of the property. Williams had previously been advised that he was not allowed to be inside the property, at this time, due to it being posted uninhabitable, and "No Trespassing." Williams was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters where he was issued a citation for trespassing and released pending trial at District Court.
