A ground-penetrating radar survey is going to take a look at the Fort Cumberland site on Washington Street, beginning June 17th. Archaeologist Dr. Time Horsley will conduct a non-invasive survey with radar equipment designed to locate buried structures or artifacts without damage. Cumberland’s Preservation Coordinator, Ruth Davis-Rogers, worked with the Maryland Historical Trust to fund the project…
