The long-awaited Cumberland Skate Park will have its opening day this Saturday, beginning at 11am with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Skate Park is located inside the Gene Mason Sports Complex in South Cumberland. Following the opening celebration, the park will be open for use to skate boarders and food trucks will also be on hand. Construction began at the site in April of this year. The Skate Park was designed for the city by Rampage Skateshop in Connecticut.
