A resolution passed in the U.S. House of Representatives to honor West Virginia National Guard members Sarah Beckstrom and Andrew Wolfe who were shot while serving in Washington D.C.  West Virginia Congressman Riley Moore says Beckstrom’s loss and Wolfe’s recovery is a reminder of the sacrifices service members make to protect their communities…
