On Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at approximately 12:50 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 100 block of S. Lee Street for an assault involving a firearm.  Police contacted the alleged victim who reported that Todd Becker pointed a rifle at him and threatened to kill him.  After further investigation, Becker was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
