On January 2, 2026, Baby Dylan was born at 5:30 a.m.  His parents are Perla Hernandez and Jorge Ochoa of Manassas, VA.  Dylan was born in Cumberland after Perla went into labor nearly 3 hours from home while traveling.  After spending the first few days of the year at the hospital, the happy, healthy trio is headed home.
