On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two warrants on Jason Winfield. The warrants were issued in response to Winfield violating the terms of an active protective order on December 23, 2025. As a result, an arrest warrant and an additional bench warrant were issued for his arrest. Winfield was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

ARRESTED: Jason Lynn Winfield  AGE: 43       Cumberland, Maryland

CHARGES: Violation of  a Protective Order, Trespass Private Property, Failure to Comply (Theft less than $100)
