The 2025 Health Expo will be held at the Riverside YMCA on Wednesday, May 7th from 3-6pm.  The event is cosponsored by the Y, UPMC, Maryland Physician’s Care. “Our menu is going to be beef and broccoli stir-fry, cinnamon pancakes with a healthy twist, and Mason jar salad.  We offer healthy snacks like bento boxes for all participants.  We’re doing fitness demos.  We’re doing a drum and dance and a yoga demonstration.  We have tons of health and wellness vendors and we’re doing body composition scans.”
