On Thursday, September 18, 2025 at approximately 6:23 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a facility on Willowbrook Rd. for a disturbance.  Police contacted the staff who reported that Eric Marmaduke was refusing to leave the property.  Marmaduke created a disturbance and refused to listen to officers' orders to leave the property. He was placed under arrest and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  At the conclusion, he was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment-recalcitrant.
