WV Electric Customers Likely To See Increasing Rates

The PJM Interconnection is a regional electrical power grid covering 14 states and West Virginia is impacted by electric demands across that grid. The Power Generation and Consumption Act passed by the state enables data center operators to create micro-grids offsetting some of the impact on the power supply.
