Select account holders of West Virginia’s SMART529 tuition program will be able to make withdrawals directly from the new READYSAVE529 mobile app.  Users can initiate withdrawals from the mobile app to an existing bank record or directly to a school.  State Treasurer Larry Pack says the mobile app feature is part of modernizing the State Treasurer’s Office and increasing efficiencies.
