Eligible children in West Virginia will be receiving a one-time $120 grocery benefits through the summer while schools are closed. Summer EBT benefits can be spent on items that are covered by SNAP benefits. To receive the benefits, households can apply online at schoolcafe.com or complete a paper application available at any Department of Human Services office. Households may have to verify income information to be eligible.
