The annual United Way Day of Caring and Sharing is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Continuing a tradition that began in 1997 the county United Way Day of Caring and Sharing will be held this Friday. This year's opening ceremony scheduled to start at 8:00am at Veterans Park on Center Street. Volunteers will then begin their projects around the community and work until noon.
