On January 4th, 2024, The Cumberland Police Department responded to a vacant residence in the 900 block of Maryland Ave for the report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers located a male subject standing directly outside a broken window to the residence. The subject was found to be in possession of multiple blankets and CDS paraphernalia.
