The 51st Heritage Days Festival concludes today on Washington Street and in Downtown Cumberland.
As opposed to yesterday when we had dry weather for the events and entertainment, the weatherman is saying it's likely we'll be dodging the raindrops this afternoon. Still, Heritage Days will go on and there are also things to do indoors, too.
Entertainment today includes Ally Norris, Chip Burkey and King Street Unplugged, the Potomac Concert Band, and Back Beat on the Washington Street Stage.
