News that the Alhambra Catholic Invitational Tournament has been placed on indefinite hiatus has affected more than basketball fans in the community. Over the years, the ACIT drew teams and people from ten states, the District of Columbia and Canada having an economic impact on the area. One local business that has been affected by the ending of the annual tournament is Printers Inc on Virginia Avenue.
