The Saucon Valley School District in Pennsylvania must allow the After School Satan Club to meet in district facilities, The ACLU filed a suit against the school district, arguing that First Amendment rights had been violated by keeping the club from using the school site for meetings. The school system is located east of Allentown and is the second ACLU win for allowing such clubs to meet. Previously, a school in Chesapeake, Virginia was accused of preventing equal access to the school’s facilities for meetings. That School district has changed meeting rules for all groups at the school as a result.
