Alderson Broaddus University announced that it has reached a joint agreement with the City of Philippi to settle its outstanding balance of over $773,000.  The University said that it would present a check to the city for $67,000 next Monday to start the process.  After the initial payment, the city and school have worked out a structured plan for the school to make regular payments toward resolving its remaining balance.
