Registration for Allegany County Public Schools Pre-K and Kindergarten will be open through May 9, 2023. Registration is by appointment only at the school your child will attend. Programs are available for children ages 3-5. Kindergarten programs are for children age five on or before 9/1/2023 and are mandatory for students meeting the age requirement. Those wishing to register will need required documentation including proof of residency, child’s birth certificate, child’s SSN, record of immunizations, and parent photo ID. Proof of family income is required for those registering for Pre-K 3 and 4 only. Acceptable forms of proof include tax return, one month of consecutive pay stubs, child support, TCA, alimony, disability, social security, or other financial support.
