Jessyca Marie Warden, 35, of Frostburg, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.
Her original charges include two counts of Fail to Send Child to School. She was released on her own
recognizance.
Justin Donald Morgan, 35, of Frostburg, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of
Probation. His original charge is 2nd Degree Assault. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany
County Detention Center.
Calman Dennis McKenzie, 28, of Cumberland was served a Circuit Body-Attachment for Failure To Appear for
a Child Support Hearing. A bail of $100 was set by the Judge in this matter. He is currently being held at the
Allegany County Detention Center on other matters.
Brandon Lee Spiker, 38, of Lonaconing, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial
Release. He is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review.
Kevin Lee Hewlin, 38, of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation.
His original charge is CDS: Possession – Not Marijuana. He is currently being held without bond at the
Allegany County Detention Center.
