An Oakland man was arrested Tuesday after returning to the scene of a house fire he is accused of intentionally setting according to the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal.  Ryan Lawrence Span, 40, was spotted by deputy state fire marshals in the woods near the home at Pergin Farm Road as they investigated the blaze. He was arrested without incident.  The fire caused an estimated $205,000 in damage.
