Baltimore Street Grant Program Approved

The Allegany County Commissioners approved the Baltimore Street Construction Impact Grant program at Thursday’s meeting.  A pool of $100,000 – money coming equally from the County and City of Cumberland – is available for qualifying businesses in the downtown construction district. Grantees must have businesses that front on the construction area, employ less than 15 full-time employees and have been in business in their current location since before October 1, 2022.
