Re-decking work on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge will require full bridge-span closures between July 13 and 19. The Maryland Department of Transportation says the eastbound span of the bridge will close nightly Monday through Wednesday from 10pm to 5am and again on Thursday from 11pm to 5am Friday. The eastbound span will also close from 11pm Saturday through 7am Sunday. Traffic will be redirected to the westbound span of the bridge with two-way traffic.
