On Thursday, December 22nd, 2022, the Cumberland City Police arrested Larry Lee Selby, 65, of Frederick MD. Selby was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Frederick County District Court. The warrant alleged that Selby failed to appear in court on October 13th, 2016, on a previous charge of Loitering. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where awaits transport back to Frederick County.
