On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Ashley Tilson. The warrant was issued as the result of Tilson violating probation. He was originally charged with Theft: $100 to under $1500. Tilson was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Tilson posted a $500 bond.

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Emily Watson. The summons was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on October 4, 2023. On this date at approximately 3:31 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 700 block of Fairmont Avenue for a destruction of property complaint. Police contacted the alleged victim who reported that Emily Watson had damaged his property. Watson was longer on the scene. After further investigation, police filed for charges against Watson at the District Court of Allegany County. Watson signed for her copy of the summons and she was released pending trial.
