Longtime WVU head basketball coach Bob Huggins has resigned following a weekend DUI arrest on the North Side of Pittsburgh.  Huggins was already in hot water for comments on a Cincinnati radio station last month.  He took WVU to the Final Four in 2010 and won 935 games in his Hall of Fame career.
