BREAKING: Two Uninjured In Plane Crash at Greater Cumberland Airport

Two occupants escaped injuries Sunday afternoon after the plane they were riding in crashed at the Greater Cumberland Regional Airport, according to emergency services officials. 
 
“The Allegany County Joint Communications Center was notified just after 1 p.m. requesting units from Cumberland City Fire Department for a reported plane crash with injuries,” Lt. Todd Bowman, public information officer for the Allegany County Department of Emergency Services said. “Communications was able to confirm quickly that both occupants were out of the plane and not injured.” 
 
Cumberland Fire Department and two ambulances from Cumberland responded, Bowman said. 
 
The airport is located at 165 Terminal Lane, Wiley Ford, West Virginia. 
 
Further information about the occupants and plane were not immediately available.
