The saga of “The Bridges of Cumberland, Maryland” continues to be dramatic. Three main bridges on West Side are damaged – two by CSX trains. Delegate Jason Buckel says he is ready to introduce legislation that would sanction CSX for not working with the city to get the Washington Street bridge repaired.
