On 10/10/2023 the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Amanda Swauger. The warrant was issued when Swauger failed to appear in District Court for a destruction of property case. Swauger received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2,000.00 bond.

On 10/10/2023 the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Pamela Connors. A citizen submitted charges to a District Court Commissioner alleging Connors destroyed their property. Connors signed for her copy of the summons and is free pending trial in District Court.
