On Friday, Cumberland City Police arrested James Christopher Timothy Haines, 35, of Cumberland.
Haines was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failing to appear in District Court on March 25th, 2021, on charges of driving without a license.
Haines was taken before the District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own personal recognizance
