On Friday, Cumberland City Police arrested Michael Anthony Butler Jr, 33, of Cumberland.
Butler was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failing to appear in District Court on March 23rd, 2021, on an original charge of second degree assault.
Butler was taken before the District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $1,000 bond.
