West Virginia Governor Jim Justice took a sales trip to the eastern panhandle this week, encouraging those residents who may be skeptical to take a closer look at his plan to eliminate the state income tax. The governor has been promoting his plan with town hall meetings across the state, most recently making stops in Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs. He says his proposal will attract more residents to the Mountain State and drive economic growth.
