City officials and members of the construction team answered a number of questions ranging from free parking to construction timelines and interruptions in public utility Services during last night's Town hall meeting. The $15 million Baltimore Street redevelopment project - set to begin on April 3rd, we'll be completed in phases and take approximately 18 months. Bobby Smith, Engineer for the city of Cumberland… On-site construction work will occur between the hours of 7AM to 5PM Monday through Friday unless milestones need to occur and possible work on Saturday but there are no plans for work to be conducted on Sunday.
Justin Kores Triton Construction laid out the first phase of construction involving destructing the existing Street and replacing and upgrading the underground utility system.
