Violation of Probation
On Monday, November 19th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a violation of probation warrant on Tammy Lynn Lou Booth. The warrant was issued by District Court when Booth failed to appear for trial on November 15, 2018 and also failed to follow the conditions of her probation set by the court back on June 4th, 2018. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a temporary commitment.
