WBAL reports the U.S. Coast Guard in Ocean City confirmed they are searching for a missing swimmer.
The Coast Guard 5th District confirmed the 17-year-old boy went missing around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 112 street on the ocean side of Ocean City.
The Coast Guard said a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter out of Atlantic City along with a number of search boats have been deployed, as well as resources from Maryland Natural Resources Police and the Ocean City Beach Patrol are assisting in the search.
