On Sunday, April 9th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police responded to a vacant residence in the 200 block of Columbia St for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival on scene, officers located three subjects that had entered the vacant home, claiming to have permission from the owner. Also at this time, the three subjects were found to be in possession of CDS paraphernalia and an amount of suspected methamphetamine. The subjects were transported to Police headquarters for processing. Perry Nelson Hamilton Jr, 42, and Nichole Ann Jones, 33, were issued Criminal Citations and released, pending trial. Benjamin Jacob Reimer, 42, was also issued Criminal Citations. He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center on an unrelated Arrest Warrant.

Arrested: Nicole Ann Jones Age: 33

Arrested: Benjamin Jacob Reimer Age: 42
