The Allegany County Board of Commissioners has taken official action to approve two top level administrative appointments: naming finance director Jason Bennett the county’s interim administrator; and Lee Beeman as the county attorney. Bennett, who will be considered for the job on a permanent basis according to Commissioners President Jake Shade, fills the job that became vacant with the resignation of Brandon Butler.
