Ruth Davis-Rogers, Cumberland’s City Historic Planner, says she is happy with the public turnout and feedback on the third and final public-input meeting on the Comprehensive Plan.  Now, Rogers says Jamie Kendrick from Woodvalley Strategies will review all that was gathered and begin the drafting stage of the final plan. “Now they will actually start to compile all that information and come up with a draft plan.  That will be presented hopefully in a month or six weeks to the Steering Committee, the Planning Commission and then it will also be posted online so the public can review it.”
