The Downtown Cumberland construction may seem daunting to those wanting to visit shops and other businesses in the area but according to DDC Executive Director Melinda Kelleher getting around downtown is not an issue at present, despite what shoppers may see in passing.
Kelleher emphasized that support is what is needed most for the downtown businesses during the construction phase.
