The Country House will be celebrating its 25th anniversary this coming Thursday, October 23. Country House specializes in memory and dementia care on Cumberland Street downtown. Senior living consultant Maranda Miller says the afternoon has a full schedule of activities.

“It starts at 2:00.  The ribbon cutting will be at 2:30 and we’ll also have like a beautiful tour, and you can see the building.  We’ve got some new paint and furniture—it’s just gorgeous.”

Miller added there will be an added attraction Thursday.

“We’re even gonna do a time capsule, so everyone there will be able to put in for the time capsule.”
