Allegany County is working to resolve issues on several fronts right now, not the least of which is flood recovery in Georges Creek. However, county officials are still working through options to help Bel Air residents facing high water rates. “We’re going to circle back to that and try to get something lined up for somewhere between August and September. Attorney Beeman and I actually have a meeting with the PSC tomorrow to learn a little bit more about the process for how this is going to work as American Water tries to make this purchase.”
