“83% of the power in West Virginia comes from coal. I do know there are states out there that don’t derive a lot of power from coal. I was the guy that said embrace all but for God’s sake of livin’, let’s quit subsidizing one and making it unfair against the others. We know we have to have a regulatory climate that we can function.”
