On Saturday, November 25, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a District Court bench warrant on Kimberly Troutman. The bench warrant was issued as a result of Troutman failing to follow the conditions of her probation. Troutman was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner. She was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.

On Saturday, November 25, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a District Court bench warrant on Jessica Porter. The bench warrant was issued as a result of Porter failing to appear for her court case. Porter was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Porter was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner. She was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $250 bond.
