On October 31, 2023, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department issued a criminal citation to James Edgeworth. Officers were dispatched to Martins Market for a report theft. The officers spoke with the stores theft prevention member who provided the details. Mr. Edgeworth admitted to removing the items without paying. Mr. Edgeworth was issued a criminal citation and released pending his trial at District Court.
Arrest: James Edgeworth, age 72, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Theft less than $100.00.
