On 03/12/2024 at approximately 10:00 AM an officer observed Christopher Tabler crossing the train tracks in an area with posted no trespassing signs visible. The officer contacted Tabler and advised him of the offense. Tabler was issued a Criminal Citation for trespassing on posted property and is pending trial in District Court.
Arrested – Christopher James Tabler (34) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Trespassing posted property
