The City of Cumberland Department of Community Development will be temporarily relocating to 446 N. Mechanic Street beginning March 13, 2024. All phone numbers will remain the same and connected.
The City of Cumberland Community Development Block Grant program, with Senior Community Development Specialist Lee Borror, will be relocated to 446 N. Mechanic Street as well.
The Historic Preservation Planner, Ruth Davis-Rogers, and Downtown Development Commission Director, Melinda Kelleher, will remain at City Hall at 57 N. Liberty Street, on the first floor. Please check in with the front desk to meet with them. The Parks & Recreation Department, and Director Ryan Mackey, will be relocated to Constitution Park at the Craft House.
