Allegany County Commissioner Bill Valentine says he has been told on a number of occasions that CSX Transportation officials have no interest in discussing the future of its three bridges on Cumberland’s Westside with city officials. Valentine says apparently CSX will discuss the topic with the county or state, but doesn’t enjoy a good relationship with the city…
