On Thursday, January 19th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police arrested Alicia Christine Royer, 34, of Cumberland MD. Royer was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court for an incident that occurred on December 13th, 2022. During that incident, it is alleged that Royer stole multiple items from a LaVale MD business. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner her Initial Appearance where she was released on her own recognizance.
