Matt Miller, executive director of the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation, says that he expects at least 200 residential units to be built at the former Memorial Hospital site in the Johnson Heights area of Cumberland. Miller told the mayor and council at a work session that the units will include townhouses and apartments.
