On August 13, 2019 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to Jane Frazier Village, Apartment 3A for a reported trespassing complaint. Upon the officers arrival they made contact with a female witness. Officers were advised that Apartment 3A was vacated on yesterdays date, and all the keys had been turned in by the previous tenant. Upon maintenance performing a routine inspection, they located Rodney Ray Porter Jr. Officers were advised that Porter had an active no trespassing order for all Cumberland Housing. This order was served and verified on July of this year. As a result, Mr. Porter was contacted and placed under arrest at the scene. Porter was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Porter was processed, served and released on a criminal citation.
Arrested: Rodney Ray Porter Jr. Age: 34 of Cumberland, Maryland
Charge: Trespassing on Private Property
